Yolanda has owned and operated her own private practices and, over the years, has consulted to many professional practices. Such intimate knowledge, experience and pragmatic understanding of how private practices operate means she has firsthand knowledge of the challenges of recruiting; managing and developing a team; delivering exceptional customer service; how to grow and optimise a practice professionally and ethically; as well as the need to develop targeted communication tools to build trust with patients.

Yolanda’s experience has enabled her to develop practical strategies and tools to attain the best results for her clients, and her expertise enables her to equip private practitioners with the most effective ways to develop and manage their practices. A skilled trainer, Yolanda has facilitated workshops and consulted on issues related to marketing, strategic planning, leadership, change management, sales, communications, practice auditing and human resource management, including recruitment and training.

Yolanda’s genuine passion for private practice led her to obtain a Graduate Diploma and Masters of Business Administration (focusing on marketing, customer service delivery, management and optimisation of private practices). In fact, her primary research and final thesis related to marketing and innovation in private practices. To keep abreast within this unique area, Yolanda has completed further professional development in marketing, facilitation, sales, communications, management, HR and leadership. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Management.

In her work as a consultant, Yolanda has helped to turn around and optimise many professional practices using her knowledge of what works—and what doesn’t. Jo works with clients to target communication to audiences with proven outcomes.

Jo enjoys working on projects for a variety of medium, both print, digital and social media. She deploys Internet management and web coding skills, maintaining content on multiple web sites, updating news pages, and managing blogs and databases. She designs and executes complete websites, online news pages, media releases, eNewsletters, and video production. She creates and manages specialised blogs in WordPress and other CMS, along with Twitter, Facebook and various Social Media.

Developing and implementing marketing campaigns is a large component of her work. She writes creative copy and highly specialised communications in clear language, able to be understood by patients/ target audiences with varying levels of expertise. She effectively works with a wide spectrum of stakeholders, from private to corporate and government.

Enthusiasm for digital communications and computer-aided design is evidenced in Jo’s keen understanding and perceptive analysis of the latest technology and trends, and their impact on the healthcare and marketing industries. She holds Master of Professional Communication in Multimedia, along with certificates in design and training.

Eva’s strong organisational skills combine with an inherent sensitivity that translates business objectives into exceptional service. Eva has over 15 years of experience in customer service, admin and client support, as well as in training and mentoring roles within both professional and educational contexts. Eva’s key driver, that of empowering individual and community, has fuelled her personal studies in health and wellbeing.

Eva is currently completing a Diploma in Remedial Massage, as well as a Bachelor in Health Science – Naturopathy, at the Southern School of Natural Therapies; an institution with a rich history of bringing complementary medicine into the foreground.
